Transparency International says EU court ruling on firm ownership data will damage anti-corruption fight and enable crime

The threatened loss of public access to the Register of Beneficial Ownership risks putting the fight against corruption, organised crime and tax evasion back 30 years, campaign group Transparency International has warned.
