Panic buying shuts US gas stations as pipelines reopen
The major US pipeline network forced offline by a cyber attack in the past week has begun to reopen, its operator has said, after a five-day shutdown prompted motorists to frantically stock up on gasoline, and forcing some gas stations on the east coast to close.
